AMBS is making claims to those shares, but I do not believe we will ever be awarded those. Litigation nightmare.
However, I have reached out to Healixa to get their take on the situation.
If I were you, I would invest like the EMOR deal never happened. Dust in the wind and an incredibly useful temporary arrangement to protect the assets.
