Many moons ago the agreement between Healixa and Ambs dissolved. Before they parted ways, Ambs was provided with 33M preferred shares in Healixa and Healixa had development rights to ELTO, ESS, MANF and Phenoguard. Does anyone know the status of the 33M shares. Does Ambs still own them or were they returned to Healixa when the agreement dissolved.
