Just to add a bit of clarity to your post, there ARE things that a realtor MUST disclose to a potential buyer. This is the legality of it:
"After performing a thorough visual inspection, your broker must use the Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure form to tell potential sellers about any problems with the property that the broker discovered that would affect the value, desirability, or buyer's intended use."
If we go by an inspection of CYDY by someone like Goosebumps, one would think the company is in fantastic shape and the SP is about to shoot up to anywhere from $5-20 within 3 months. If you go with some others, the company is doomed. I tend to try to show a balance of what COULD happen in EITHER direction based on history and facts. To many who hate history and facts, that makes me a short and someone who should piss off and sell all of their shares. God know we ALL wish we sold at least some anywhere from $5-10 when we had the chance!
