I normally keep that to myself because personally I don’t like to complain or sounds negative.
I've been called a "paid pumper" and "Nader lover" more times than I can count. Presumably because most of my posts aim to be positive and/or optimistic. Reality is, 99% of longs, myself included, are well aware of the risks and the weaknesses/mistakes of mgmt.
But why would we post about all of those things or vent about them? How will that help the pps? How will it then assist fund-raising and advancing the molecule? How will it help attract new investors?
Venting or complaining is a self-defeating strategy if you want the company and your investment to succeed. It's not sticking your head in the sand unless you are telling yourself to ignore all of the risks and pretend they don't exist.
Imagine you're a realtor trying to sell a house and you know it'll need a little TLC by whomever buys it. When showing the prospective buyers around the house, do you point out all of the flaws and emphasize all the extra money they'll have to spend? Do you talk shit about the current owner and explain all the maintenance they failed to do? No, why would you, you're trying to sell the damn place and make some money.
