Zolis, since you have girded yourself:
(1) First, we agree that "the situation does not look good" at a minimum; I would posit that the situation looks truly pathetic, especially for a company that has claimed so many products and services in the last 3 years.
(2) I will accept that the company has not been diluting over the last number of weeks/months, whatever the official website indicates. (Of course, if we subscribe to some grand conspiracy theory, \it is just as possible as the rest of the theory that dilution has continued, and these guys are "in on it," too.
(3) (a) really makes no sense, because one of the first things to do is "keep the lights on," so investors/shareholders//business contacts/business partners have a place to contact the company. And then there is the little legal issue of advertising the company as having a particular/MAIN location, when it does not. That's why you pay the rent and keep the location, or least move to a new location, so the appearance to all concerned is not that you have abandoned ship.
(b) also makes no sense, unless something about the investigation took a dramatically negative turn at the time dilution ended and the lights went out in Miramar. Otherwise, whoever is dictating the restrictions as part of the investigation has some strong evidence that something about the company is so f***ed up that the authorities cannot let the public participate in its business.On the other hand, though, it would give some explanation for Joe's expressed concern about going to jail.
(c) I tend to agree that management did not simply "give up and leave." It would be much more complicated than that, so that rather than giving up, this was a planned abandonment of the company and the shareholders. (See? Conspiracy theories can pop up anywhere.)
4. If we are going to "plow this field," we may as well plow it all. Who's to say that those in control did not simply go to Joe and management, tell them that they did not want a "Complete Vaccine," and buy them out/make them an offer they could not refuse? That would play right into the narrative that after China manufactured the virus, they then had to control the only sure-fire way to prevent it ("Complete Vaccine" ), so that it could be allowed to \do its job of "culling the herd," and reshape/"save" the world's financial markets.
If #4 has any accuracy to it at all, then we may as well just sit back and enjoy the ride, because we have nothing to do with how this global plot develops or ends. At least, it's good for a laugh, huh?
Or maybe we have been in the matrix all along. And if THAT'S true, just tell me where the red pill is.
