Thanks a lot for your reasonable response to my post. I am happy to discuss these matters on that basis, which is very different from these "the sky is falling" (a judgement mostly based on negative speculation) posts that I am shaking my head about.
So here is my reply to your post.
1) for sure the situation does not look good, but only because we do not know what is really going on and we do not receive any first hand information from the company officials directly. Agreed.
2) Why do you think that they have been running out of money? If they would have, they would have been giving out shares to keep the lights on, as they did in the summer and fall months. And in case there is no investigation, as some here strongly suggest, what keeps them from doing so? Fact is they don't. This is a fact, because the official otcmarkets website says so.
3) Now why are they not diluting the heck out of the stock? Three possible answers come to my mind:
a) they are actually generating enough revenue from the Excellegen sales, which they had laid out clear plans for during the last CC in May. Capital was about to be secured through debt financing and the strategy was very clearly described. If they have only been 50% successful with the described roll out, as planned, there should millions be rolling in by now every month.
b) they are not allowed to give out new shares due to an investigation that is going on, which restricts them also in communication to the public/us shareholders. This scenario is also supported by the fact that Joe gave hints to some posters and the canned emails some received from Todd, where he said that they are still making progress and all fronts, but he is not able to talk about details right now. How long this will still be so he can't really predict. In addition, based on all of our personal experiences with the company, it is very unusual that they remain in CompleteSilence for such a long time, and thus it is hard for me to believe that they are doing this for any other reason than a gag order.
Question remains if the lack of funding is really limiting them, or do they come along well without additional funding, e.g. due to a)
c) as you suggested, they ran into problems, simply gave up and all just left. I honestly doubt that Joe would do something like that, especially after he had dedicated almost 5 years of his life on this already. And even if that is true, would he actually still be posting trash about other vaccine developers and their products? If I world have given up on such an endeavor, I would not be bothered with this at all anymore, but minding my own business and trying to figure out what to do next in my life. Don't you agree?
4) I do agree with you on your suggestion that Joe and his team "have been overtaken by events beyond their control". I recently read a longer article about the reasons why this pandemic had to happen to save the world's financial systems. Now, of course, this very much sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it was very well written (in German, which is why I am not providing a link here, but whomever is interested, can send me private message and I will send it), and most of the allegations made, were proven via links to official governmental websites, etc. So I can absolutely believe this to be true.
In this described conspiracy it is necessary that a) a vaccine is used that causes a lot of side effects (all of a sudden the choice of that mRNA technology makes sense) and even deaths, and b) that a vast majority of people in western countries are vaccinated (so ever since it is clear to me that our governments will sooner or later make a vaccination mandatory).
Assuming this to be true, the "deep state" conspirists cannot use a CompleteVaccine that has very little side effects and provides long term immunity, which is why GNBT has never received funding from BARDA and a quick refusal from that other "Bill Gates foundation" organization, who clearly stated that they would only support mRNA vaccine developments. After that and Joe's decision to continue anyways, they faced one problem after the next, the FDA requested yet another and another set of tests, in the meantime the pps was being manipulated down and now the company is under investigation for the most part of the last two years. First a deep dive review of their 2019 10-k and now something else.
I know, I know how this sounds, and I am not saying that this is true, but connecting the dots this way, a lot questions (eg. Why has BARDA funded almost solely the development of mRNA vaccine developments, which entirely defies any of my common sense or logic) for me receive answers.
And no, this has nothing to do with defending Joe, or trying to give him an easy way out or absolution. The "bad actors" he has been referring to and used as excuses for his short comings, are still mostly his fault and due to his naivity or lack of proper due diligence etc.
