If this is all about the lack of money alone, think about this; the share structure numbers have not changed for months now (assuming the numbers reported accurately reflect our share structure). If that's the case, I'm sure they would have diluted rather than see this tank. It's still possible money is an issue because I think it is, but not by itself. Why is Joe saying "he doesn't want to go to jail" if there wasn't some sort of investigation? So, why the heck will they not report the investigation and it's basis if the SEC allows them to? Why are company officials quietly leaving? We could go on & on with a list of negatives that we have no answers to. Some things by themselves really aren't "show stoppers" but when one looks at all of the negativity in it's totality, it doesn't paint a good picture. A good company doesn't leave it's shareholders hanging, So, one can't just assume the best simply because they are not reporting ANYTHING! They are not reporting anything because common sense tells us something is bad wrong! Maybe they didn't want to report anything because it would cause folks to bail, but we are there now. So, GNBT/NGIO report to your shareholders, you owe it to us.
