1) Is the "Plus Cardiac Test" actually approved and used
The PULS test that looks at elevated biomarkers seems to be a very good predictor of unstable cardiac lesions that can lead to heart problems.
The PULs test looks at these biomarkers that are downregulated by leronlimab - CCL7 (MCP-3), CCL11 (eotaxin), Fas/sFas, IL-16, HGF, HDL (high density lipoprotein) and HbA1c,
CCL27 (CTACK) is the only biomarker which does not seem to be regulated by CCR5.

3) They did these tests on people 2.5-10 weeks after getting the vaccine. How about the results, 3,4,5, and 6 months afterward? Are these mere transient changes, or are they long-lasting? Is age or prior cardiac condition correlated with these changes?
Good question. Inflammation due to vaccines generally occurs in the antigen presentation phase. So one would expect the elevation in biomarkers to be short lived. Cardiac lesions usually occur over a longer period of time.
