I have some questions about that article that says

I couldn't access the article itself so this is based on the abstract.
Questions for those more knowledgeable than I am:
1) Is the "Plus Cardiac Test" actually approved and used, or is this like the Bruce Patentson BS test?
2) "changes in the PULS score became apparent in most patients."
What is the definition of "most"? 99%? 51%? why don't they take one more sentence to give us how many of their 566 patients they are talking about?
3) They did these tests on people 2.5-10 weeks after getting the vaccine. How about the results, 3,4,5, and 6 months afterward? Are these mere transient changes, or are they long-lasting? Is age or prior cardiac condition correlated with these changes?
4) What variation in this score do they see with "most" of their patients over time? For instance, do most patients have a steady increase in the score? Or are they usually stable for years on end? If it varies by condition being treated, how does that correlate to their "most patients" statistics?
