Phone Call Response to email. Ten Things I Learned
Post# of 9122
A while back on a Saturday, I received a phone call from Ohio. To my surprise it was Bret. Have not spoken to him in many years. He had read my email and reached out to me by phone.
We spoke for a long time. These are my impressions.
First, he is a US Veteran. I have found most US Veterans to be honorable. Besides he didn't have to call me.
Next, he has his life and his whole life's savings in this. I don't thing that he is going to let it fail no matter how long it takes. I have found that short cuts are costly in the long run.
Third, the issues with the SEC set them back 6+ months. There seems to be a possibility that there are people who know who filed the groundless complaint with the SEC. But that information is confidential and no one can get at that information unless someone at the SEC will leek it. Not even the local congressman can access the information. However, he was instrumental in getting it the issues resolved.
Fourth, he may only file with the SEC. They can do it and they don't have to sell using the OTC. My thought on this one is that they maybe waiting for the University results ad well as sales on the current product return to pre-COVID levels.
Fifth, University testing is still ongoing. I don't remember if he told me that the SEC issue paused the testing or that they continued testing through the investigation. Sorry I didn't take notes.
Sixth, The facility to move into the production end of this type of product is too small. Therefore, most likely a larger partner would work with them while NNLX continues research. However, they do have enough land for an additional and much larger facility. But it would take too much time.
Seventh, erickarther how do you know that he is working on his house? Where do you live? And if you know where it is, why don't you talk to him when he is out on the scaffolding or ladder?
Eighth, I respect a man who can do his own tuck pointing. Remember this was on a Saturday. He called while he was up on the scaffold. He knows how to save money.
Ninth, I have waited for a long time and there is nothing else to loose. Next year the testing results should be competed.
Tenth, when the SEC issue surfaced, I prayed and what I prayed for happened. Their congressman got involved and he intervened with the SEC.
I am not going to stop. I will keep praying.
