Key Points from the XMG / ABA Deal PR dated August 31, 2021

This was a huge additional, unexpected, line of development.

XMG will market and provide the following:

- Streaming channels for ABA teams.

- Related apps for each team.

- Content in addition to teams proprietary content.

- Marketing and advertising collateral to secure advertisers.

- Introductions to corporate advertisers that it has associations with.

- Video production, structure, and systems for teams to stream games on their channels.

- Ability to stream channels on team's website.

Note that ABA in this context doesn't just mean the ABA Canada which is a $PSRU company but also all other ABA teams - including those in the established USA-based league.

Key Points - USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investment Program

$PSRU will be using the EB-5 Program to raise around $50M initially and - if it gets approved as a Regional Center - will also be able to set up further schemes for additional acquisitions and projects itself.

The Federal run EB-5 scheme has been hugely successful in attracting foreign investors with a guaranteed path to US Citizenship in return for creating 10 x US jobs.

There are 10,000 visa slots a year.

There are not enough EB-5 schemes offered to meet the demand and the 10,000 limit is always slightly undersubscribed. Any EB-5 offering is usually "sold out" very quickly.

I have been an investor in the EB-5 Program myself and will keep an eye on the following to alert developments:

- The EB5AN website to see when they first start mentioning the $PSRU offering and how quickly they get taken up [if they update how many slots are left in ads].

- Following a court judgement on June 22 against DHS, the EB-5 investment amount for a TEA has reverted back to $500K - which means it will be a lot easier for $PSRU to find 100 investors as the pool is now opened up again to professional prospective US Citizens from the UK and mainland Continental Europe [who would never have been able to afford $900K DHS tried raising it too].

- The Federal USCIS website to see when $PSRU's own Targeted Employment Area (TEA) Regional Center is approved - which will give the company "the autonomy to formulate and execute its own officially sanctioned EB-5 investment proposals within its specific geographic region including acquisitions, such as movie theaters, that are synergistic to its business model" [PR dated April 19 refers].
