And the CEO in my opinion should do neither of those areas, but hire and keep those who do line with the major vision and financially in line. And make the deals for distribution and manufacturing and oversee those aspects as well. The CEO stirs the pot, but he is not the scientist, or marketer, or distributor or manufacturer but he keeps on those in line.
