I agree. The chance for Patterson and management to work together at this point running the company is basically zero.
But it sure would be great to have him touting our drug - he’s a super impressive guy. How about we just offer him some restricted stock, maybe at a discount (like the Paulson raises) - and he becomes a more meaningful shareholder and enthusiastic promoter of LL? I’d have no problem selling the guy a couple million shares at .50, subject to some lock-up and put him on the business development / science team, etc.
Or….let’s just offer that deal to Christine Corrado. The money would come pouring in (at least from the male investor community)….
