You make a good point Goosebumps. And good to know this settlement is one previously discussed.

From another angle- I use this board to gain insights into my investment. It assists and calms me to see new settlements, rumors, or whatever brought out and appraised by knowledgeable folks (the quicker the better as in 'this is the same lawsuit that was settled last March by . . .' or 'this is a new thing- let's be aware of . . .').

Mods have such a difficult job and the rumor/fud mill is quite active (and repetitive) here and on the other boards. Just nervous about missing the sweet spot-- focusing on the catalysts while being aware of the challenges/silliness/attempts. If we know there is something fishy out there- sometimes better to shine a light on it, know what it is and be able to better avoid it.
