Lawsuit settlement?
I have to say in the bigger scope of things… what does it matter? The accusation was they awarded too many shares to themselves in compensation benefits as I see it. They made a mistake doing that and they gave back the shares. I have to say the shares were not valued much when they decided to compensate themselves and value went up looking like a much bigger amount of compensation.
My point being is why is this constantly brought up over and over unless it is soft bashing. The issue is dealt with and now over and now we move on. It wasn’t a big deal in my opinion and we can just let it go. It’s not worth the time to review it continuously. I don’t think any less of the management for the small mistake they might of made. They didn’t put up much of a fight and settled the whole issue. Game over… let’s not dwell on it. No fault was admitted and nobody went to jail because no laws or rules were in the end were broken. Approved settlement by a judge.
We have better things to dwell on and a bright future coming. Many catalysts to look forward to the next few months. Trial results soon for LH’ers.
Life is good and we don’t need to bash our own company. If you feel the need then consider selling your holdings. I am tired of all the whiners.
