And please remember this...
DGF controls nothing and has no legal right to control anything.
Without the amendment of the articles of incorporation which they were not able to get done through several proxy votes....and the fact the company has not gone through a reorganization which is the only other way the articles could be amended, DGF controls nothing more than 500 million shares.
That is a fact...so how can they make the moves they've made so far and have those moves accepted as legal?
They can't and no court will accept their claims which have all been based on the twisted logic of John Kirkland of DGF and continued to be supported by idiots like Phenixbleu...someone who sees himself as this intelligent purveyor of facts...only facts...if it's in a filing it must be true..type of facts...
Unwilling to look at the whole premise DGF is pushing which is based on complete nonsense.... a word Ziv used to describe their moves against him and the Israeli entity.
TO continue to push the false narrative that DGF and the incoming management team of 1 will turn the company around is absurd.
