Aside from his scientific contributions, Ziv has presented more problems than solutions. Remember the New York lawsuit that happened because Ziv didn't understand the English language? A lot of money went to that litigation the company later walked away from. Remember the New York conference video in which he demonstrated his lack of command of the English language? The PPS took a nose dive once viewers saw his lack of meaningful content and public speaking skills. Have you seen his Twitter feed? He is obsessed with Israeli politics. He SHOULD focus on what is important to him. It became clear to me the patents, the company's success, and the shareholders here were not at the top of his priority list. He sued OWCP and received enough money to invest elsewhere.

The assertion that Ziv received any money from the company is complete bull shit. What he received is what was contractually owed to him and is tied directly to the ESOP ( Employee Share Ownership Plan) that Bignitz cancelled when Ziv left the company. Ziv sued and won in court. That's right..in court. The same place Phenix is relying on to see things through in the USA..But for some reason the court in Israel doesn't matter. And this is the key point with Phenix's bizarre assertions.
BTW..those 44 million shares were never converted and sold...they were given to Jeffrey Low by Ziv for consideration of things not related to OW and he still holds them. Jeffrey Low is one of the only people Kirkland is willing to talk to and so far these two haven't seen eye to eye on resolving their differences.
Phenix claims there is no bankruptcy proceeding... He blames Ziv for the demise of the company... He ignores all the other facts that have been laid out that clearly show that DGF is not in control of anything, that the company is perilously close to calling it a day.
