I recall seeing somewhere that these trades in NUGX will not be “complete” as in “shares actually transferred” until the stock starts trading. So somewhere between the market makers and the broker there is a stack of electronic post it notes that ultimately need to be resolved. I would expect it to maybe take a day or two to iron out but the share count in my account is correct so I fully expect it to be correct when trading begins.
