8th: The ticker symbol whether NGIO or NUGX is just a stock exchange reference. Think of it as a person named (birth certificate) William. His friends may call him Bill, at work he is called Will and at home he is Dad and Honey to his wife. All the same person.
The problem is not the Ticker reference NUGX, that will be corrected with the IPO, The problem is WHO and HOW, if at all, is the stock ownership being transferred? If the DTCC is not involved, which I have not found any reference that they are, after you buy NUGX shares, are shares being actually electronically transferred to your name and account? Do you actually have legal ownership? Who do you go to and is responsible if after the IPO and NGIO ticker correction, you don’t have actual ownership/stock transfer for the NUGX shares you paid for?
