Don’t you think that the Philippines is crossing their t’s and dotting their I’s to be the first one in line by just a day or two is not important to them and a bold step with others possibly beating down our door real soon? I think if they had not done the proposal/agreement that the line would of been a long one after our approval of EUA.

Like many Countries that won’t be in line the first couple of months. I am sure between the USA and UK that all supplies is will be exhausted and we will need to manufacture more. Tough problem to have...

Essentially getting a look at the cards before they get to place their bet by having everything in place and need just a verbal... well how did it look on mortality from Nader?
