I think the Philippines will need a few "hero doctors," a la Dr. Seethamraju, to take the bold first step to request CSP. Once a few patients show promise with leronlimab, word will get out, it will snowball and all future CSP requests will basically be "rubber stamped." Not EUA but pretty dang close.
I also thought it was extremely insightful for Dr. Agresti to chime in and alleviate some of the apprehension the Philippines doctors might feel. He mentioned the timelines as well as his experience requesting eIND's in bunches rather than one at a time.
