$PSGR I am having a difficult time with the latest

What I know about the location. This latest acquisition pretty much fills in all the land mass within the perimeter of the New Enterprise site. By the description of the assays for the 'old' Standard Mine, I believe that the mine site is very close to the dirt road leading into the Laughlin Ranch. The dirt road is easily accessible from Interstate 40 and the new site should be very close to the tailings site of the gold mine. I have actually seen and held some old core assays from this area. At the time (circa WW2), Moly was a sought after item; the mine was not further developed prior to the end of the War and was pretty much left without further development after the War.
I can (ALMOST) sense a positive result from the latest acquisition. IF....I repeat......IF Pershing Resources is to develop this entire site, a Business Plan that explains Costs, Personnel, Equipment Requirements AND a Time Frame that projects Development to Production MUST be made available to the investors. For those of us who have waited YEARS for the Nevada Marcos site to development anything beyond speculation and BS, you must understand the skepticism felt when Pershing Resources releases any information that may result in 'something' happening down the road. After 20 Plus Years of Nothing Happening, the first though that comes to mind is "Yeah sure, we've heard this BS before!" I am ALMOST to a point where I can say this may be encouraging enough for me to curtail my negative observations about anything and everything that is presented in Press Releases. I will attempt to hold off entering any NEGATIVE statement until after Christmas to wait and see if Pershing Resource is actually instituting a viable plan to fully develop the New Enterprise site for the Copper, Moly, Silver, and Gold that is alleged to exist in sufficient quantities to make the mine profitable. I have waited over 20 years and listened to BS during the same period; another month or two will not make or break me.
OK, let's see WHAT and IF anything happens in the next month or so.
