$PSGR 665K and less than a Penny. Well, things are back to normal with PSGR sub-Penny Stock. Was this simply a MASS DUMP or did someone or some individuals see an opportunity to make a FRACTION OF A PENNY by BUYING below a PENNY and then, hopefully, SELLING for A PENNY???? Why, almost $3 or $4 could be made if they play their cards right!!!
