$PSGR Check out the latest Pershing Resources Press Release. If you carefully read the description of the company, it is now a Precious and BASE METALS exploration company.
I guess things have changed! Once upon a time Pershing Resources described itself as:
'Pershing Resources Company, Inc. develops gold, silver, and platinum analytic and extraction technologies based upon the application of nanotechnological science. The company was formerly known as Xenolix Technologies Inc. and changed its name to Pershing Resources Company, Inc. in 2004. Pershing Resources Company, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is based in Reno, Nevada.'
Of course there have been several other iterations in the descriptions for the company. What is known for certain about the company is that it was founded in 1996. To the best of my knowledge, it has NEVER mined, processed and sold any precious metals for profit in its 24 years of existence.
I suppose investors have something new to look forward to!!! Now there may be a possibility that sometime in the future there could possibly be the potential of another series of assays that indicate that 'something' may occur in the future after a series of assays that confirm the possibility of 'something' of potential value occurring in the ground. This should be good for another 24 years of existence and stock sales.
