Wow, Austininvestor, you've already decided the Kansas case for us to save us the closing statements and the Judge having to do any work writing his decision.
You must not give them any credit for winning the Texas lawsuit against QMC's right to sue K&L for double dealing and doubling down on double dealing! It's mostly the same team fighting in Kansas as who won in Texas.
I thought Minns and his team, and Squires and the expert witness did great and I expect we win Kansas.
Minns wins. He is worth every penny he earns.
