Crunch55,

Thank you for setting me straight. You are correct, I got my trails mixed up. Nevertheless, the lawyers that QMC has hired (Minns & Mortison) are laid back & don't appear to be doing their job. When the Professor & Squires was getting beaten up by attorney Bush they just kept mum & let them take the beating.

In additon, Squires had his facts confused & time & again he wasn't familiar with the contract that he or other Senior QMC management had signed. It was unprofessional on their part that they didn't review the contract with their client & weren't familiar with the accusations that Bush would make.

It seems that QMC legal counsel doesn't really care about the outcome of the trail as they are getting paid irregardless if they successfully fend off L-2's accusation.

Does anybody know how much money the Lawyer's are charging QMC for their legal work? I believe they must be paid in stock, to conserve the company's scarce cash. Lawyer's tend to charge anywhere in the neighborhood of $500-$2,000 an hour. This could become extremely expensive if the company is paying in stock especially the way the stock is currently trading in the pennies.
