Your analogy is strong. QMC planted it's seeds, is watering and tending them and we're looking for a bumper crop. There are no short cuts, and no instant gratification, only the profits after harvesting and the satisfaction from a job well done.
Planning is intrinsic to farming. Nothing happens by accident.
Cooperation is necessary because it's a big job. No one person can do it alone.
Farming is managing an ecosystem to it's best potential. QMC made a point of that in the new PR.
I'm not trying to scare up a debate, but I believe equally important with gratitude is both trust and forgiveness. There are sure to be exceptions in this day and age we live in, but they are only a few exceptions, and not a philosophy or basis for living.
I also believe that people reveal who they are by what they do more so than what they say. What you do defines you. What you say is something you must live up to. it's hard to really know somebody today because so much of our communication is influenced by the medium. I was lucky to meet you once at a shareholders meeting, and your words today confirm my intuition and impression then. Life is a challenge to live it to the best of your ability. GLTUA. Good luck to us all living our best life.
