Laundry, IMHO, a buyout is a fore gone conclusion, $30 is my guess but hoping for much much more. All based on what has been said; 10x valuation from here, everyone is replaceable, etc.
I would rather hold for several years and go alone but we are rapidly getting off the groomed family style ski slopes and now banging bumps and dodging trees full speed in the back country of steep and deep where they drop you off with a helicopter and wish you the best.
