Just as a fun guess for the weekend.
So we hear on the June 11 CC that a big pharma is in talks with us amongst others interested in our COVID results. June 15 was the true date of the latest 8K filing where Dr. NP and CFO make sure their exit clauses for termination without cause are updated.
And on June 17 MRK

decides to take out 4.5 billion for some "general corporate purposes" after having already purchased a private Vienna, Austria COVID vaccine development company.
What do they need more cash for? Just taking on some debt because its cheap? Not that any of this means anything at all, I'm just trying to guess who the Big Pharma is and looking for possible clues. Merck seems to be trying to get into the COVID game. Why not add a therapeutic to their vaccine acquisition? They also recently did a company spin off to separate oncology(aka keytruda) from the rest. Why not add to that oncology arm while you're add it in a nice big 2 for 1 deal?
In the past many of us(myself included) gravitated to Gilead thinking the proximity and HIV commonality made sense, but I kinda get the feeling there is no love lost between these two and NP takes his complementary backhanded jabs at remdesivir...so pretty sure it isn't them.
I understand this may be a fruitless post, but it was the weekend and there's nothing better than drumming up speculation that may have no merit on internet message boards.
