Agreed. I don't think you have to worry about the CEO, who has shown a great deal of integrity and forbearance over the years in difficult times. As to patent rights, when an individual is being paid by a company and what he/she produces fits within the job duties--and those job duties are quite broad and diverse including, as the position develops, the crafting of technologies consistent with what the company does (diagnostic technology for example), and the company pays for the patent fees, leasing, research time, etc. then the company has a legal stake in what is produced through use of the company's time, purpose, and resources. So, could people please put this patent issue to rest and focus on what we all hope occurs over the next weeks and months?
