To sincere new investors reading these boards and having seeds of doubt planted in your head:
It takes but a tiny bit of reasoning to come to a decision about whether the CEO is out to enrich himself or do right by shareholders. As a CEO of a pink sheet company, there are many easier, faster and less elaborate ways to steal from shareholders than coming up with inventions that change the world. The obvious tried and true MOA of dirty pink sheet executive teams is to engage in death spiral financing, award themselves exorbitant number of shares as compensation and do pump and dumps (as was done by previous management that BB kicked to the curb after taking over -- may they still suffer from their humiliation! ). Rinse and repeat.
Instead, BB put all his wealth into keeping this Company afloat with very little debt and minimal dilution. So relax. If you didn't know, the humiliated executive team that BB tossed out on their arses plague these boards. Bunch of crybabies that can't move on because of their humiliation at the hands of an oil guy. BB lives rent free in the luxury of their feeble minds.
