I remember Time Tunnel - it was this white circula

Of course I watched Wild Wild West, Star Trek, and Lost in Space too. Never watched Andy Griffifth show back then for some reason but have seen it since then. Somehow may parents bought a Sears color TV in 1966. My friends would come from down the street Sunday nights to watch Lassie in color as I remember, and I think Wide World of Disney or whatever that was called at the time. Lost in Space was B&W the first season, but then switched to color.
I remember the dial that adjusted the picture so it would stop rolling horizontally. Also having to fine tune the station in to get the best reception, especially the UHF channels. At first we had rabbit ears that seemed to work best if you stood near them! Then my father put up a beam antenna with a rotor box as we lived in between Philadelphia and New York so had to turn it the right direction depending on which channel we wanted it to watch. We had it marked for the exact direction to both New York and Philadelphia, which were almost 180 degrees opposite. I liked moving it as it made loud clickety-clack sounds as it controlled the direction of the antenna on the roof, and watching the station get clearer as it got to the right position. In the summer sometimes if the conditions were right you could pick up UHF stations from far away on all the channels without a nearby station and the antenna was pointed in the right direction for stations out west, or north or south. That was a lot of fun. Then again I had to assist on the roof in installing that antenna, and that was not very fun being afraid of heights, and only being 7 years old when we put that antenna up there!
I am surprised my parents didn't send me to bed for Outer Limits, as I said a few episodes were the stuff of nightmares for me!
Getting back to Verb: Not holding my breath for that promised PR from the pumper's post! But he said very definitely there would be a PR today! Just like the one who posts a disclaimer at the bottom of his posts that says "I always post honestly and let the market decide" (or something similar to that, I can't remember the exact words). Now why would someone put that at the bottom of every post they make (roughly less than 1000 posts, but I may be off a bit on that)? I wonder why they feel the need to convince their audience that they are posting honestly and just the facts? It apparently is a testament to the opinion they have of their audience. However, they never post links to back up their posts. Interesting!
Interactive video where you touch a pulsing circle and get it to show different things? Who would have imagined such a thing way back then! It would have seemed like sci-fi! Now Verb is making it a reality! Who would even have thought touching the TV screen you would be able to control anything?
