I remember watching shows like Outer Limits, Wild Wild West, Andy Griffith, Star Trek, Lost in Space.
There was this one I think called Time Tunnel or something like that where people could travel through time
As a kid, I though you could do that
As a kid, I thought people were lost in space
Dad, will they ever get back?

On the B&W, there were some knobs to adjust it
One of them controlled the frame per second
Maybe that is what you call it
If you didn't have it right, the image will go up and off the screen followed by the next one
As if you were flipping through pictures on your phone
My parents would watch Outer Limits
Surprised they didn't send me to bed
"There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume.
