That is ridiculous. Post the pleadings and trial transcripts in the current case before the court that would substantiate such a ridiculous claim
As for the Federal Circuit judges, they are not dumb, well several might be, but there are 5-6 of the 17 Federal Circuit judges who hear all of the test strip cases, and the men and women who clerk for them (the unsung heroes) know J&J well and their less than clean tactics.
J&J legal history could influence the Court to a small degree, although I doubt it. Disappointed shareholders will not have any influence.
I wonder in those lobbying actions, if these posters/rats lie about their industry or product expertise, like they do on the DECN message boards.
What lobbying actions. Try to stick to facts and not fairytales. The Company is where it is currently based on its management. A large settlement, while unlikely, could or should offer sharehoders a chance to recoup some or all losses.
