Do you think message board posters and disappointe

Nope, and I never said so. I think message board posters, a handful that is, people who think and write like yourself, lobby J&J. In fact several in particular think they are important to J&J's litigation strategy. Some are, or have been paid by J&J. J&J has admitted to this in court pleadings and questioned about it in oral arguments.
As for the Federal Circuit judges, they are not dumb, well several might be, but there are 5-6 of the 17 Federal Circuit judges who hear all of the test strip cases, and the men and women who clerk for them (the unsung heroes) know J&J well and their less than clean tactics.
I wonder in those lobbying actions, if these posters/rats lie about their industry or product expertise, like they do on the DECN message boards.
