This is more absurdity. An angry shareholder calling a public company or any of its agents is not a business tort. If activities rise to the level of harassment the Company can get a restraining order.
Who cares what shareholder A, B or C does or writes. The Company would have a high bar proving anything. Grant Cardone recently tried such bullying tactics and after depositions had to dismiss his lawsuit. The Company's energies and funds should be laser focused on building the company and CREATING shareholder value.
