i just recognize that since October 2014 (and done to bury the release of ACC
Executive Summary) when PTOI was *reset* to 5c from Jan 2014's reset of 6c
that for the most part .. PTOI has been held @ sub 5c .. when that 5c goes
(whether at the hands of a new *trading effort* entering or due to P2O's filing
of a material event) .. this multi year effort of relentless PPS compression is past its sell by date
i remain convinced that one of the biggest assets P2O has is a multi year abusive short
today's trading (how blocked/how NSS'd & how marked) revealed NRs' warts in RT
folks might want to check their GTC expiry dates .. a few CEs are known to borrow
upon occasion ..
slow and steady wins this war ..

It is getting very interesting indeed, some fairly large buys coming through at above ask, and the bid has been moving up on various big blocks throughout last week, I think if they loose 4 cents a bigger move could come JMHO
