"He has been up to see Rick Heddle twice. He (Steve Price) will be paying to get the machines running and provide the plastic feed-stock. He estimates between 300-500 to fund it and between 4-6 months to accomplish it. They will run 2,4,and 5 type plastics. After this they will pay the 3 million for their first processor.
I asked when would be the start date? He said they have started already."

Surely it sounds amazing to have a knight in shining armor ride up and offer to pay to fix PTOI's machines, something PTOI has either been unable or unwilling to do, and then buy plastic and everything else to run PTOI's processors before buying a processor at a price $1M higher than the previous contracts which never came to fruition.
Just be careful about things which sound too good to be true--they often are. I'm sure this isn't an exception to that rule.
I'm not sure as to what the poster was asking by "start date" and what Mr. Price affirmed had "started already." It was worded a bit vaguely but asking the start date would likely mean asking when the processors would be started. It almost sounds like Mr. Price was simply telling the poster what he wanted to hear.
