I was expecting the drop this week. And it will continue next Thursday (maybe +5 days), as long as there is no matching buying power.
It is the noteholder. I now trding believes he only sells like 80k a day, but Im convienced it is not.
Read the last 10k, last time he reedemed was september 15th and the other note september 24th. They can reedem every 30 days, 5 days for delivery. Now match this with this month and look when the selling started, and look how it was the last months.
Who else would sell that way? He is the only one with a profit that way.
Thats the reason I only kept a small FOMO position since september 19th, and waiting for something inked.
Thats by the way the variable, where your models wont work out. The noteholder could dilute us much more then the 2billion shares alone, if Nader is not delivering the deal or financing.
I believe Note one was ready friday after we spiked back over .30cent.
Look out for Thursday note2.
I am expecting the licensing deal inked at the end of the month, hopefully with upfront payment 15Mio+ at which point WE ALL have to urge mgmt to from there on settle the noteholders every month!

Thats a Hedgefonds specialiced in Biotech. They are the biggest holder of ADMA Bio. where I have an position in. I quess if they see CYDY the way we do, they would get in and providing us with a loan as well, the way they did with ADMA.
