Pure speculation.......
Deal already done with lower tier pharma. NP way to confident with SP hovering around $.30. He wanted the deal to be non-binding with an Oct 31st deadline. He needed the six weeks to seek other opportunities with BP. The goal is to get the likes of a GILD or another BP company on board. Both boards have speculating if there is a deal or not. I think NP feels we should be playing in the big leagues and really wants GILD to jump on board! Not quite sure we have enough leverage at this stage in the game. I hope I am wrong! I do think there is a deal either way.
We need 10-15 million to get to the end of the year. I ask myself..... Why let the SP go from .40 to .30 and then do a raise? It does not add up. However, we all have seen some decisions in the past that didn’t make too much sense.
I want to believe there is a reason for the confidence portrayed lately. All in all, just positive thoughts going into a very critical 10 days. Either way .... should be an interesting ride! GLTU. This is all based on speculation and my own opinion.
