I'm in the same position. I am holding the stock for a long time. Whether uplisted or not. Do I believe we will get uplisted? Yes. When, no idea. I am hoping for a waiver of some sort, due to all that Generex has done. If that does not happen, I believe Generex will make it back to Nasdaq eventually due to all it is doing.
