Joe has stated in the past that NASDAQ can and has granted waivers previously. If he says that they will for Generex that would either be A) a guess or 
new material information that has previously not been released, therefore off limits. Press releases cost money. They just had a conference call. The 10K is right around the corner. Personally I believe the uplist will happen but if it does not and we have to wait another few weeks...or months so be it. I am holding this stock until it is min $20 so I’m not worried about today or tomorrow. I’m looking forward to 1-3 years from now.
