THE COMPANY:
Dropped the ball on mobile dentistry. Have we heard anything about it? Is it even still in the business plan? Why do I even have to ask that simple question? What’s going on? Who knows?
Name change to HEXA. Hello???? This was supposed to happen after the share reduction. Why haven’t we changed the name? Who knows?
Move to Colorado. Hello?????? Are we moving? Who knows?
Some silly golf gambling app. Not a word since the conference call. It’s not hard to get an app published. Why hasn’t it been? Does it exist? Who knows?
Marijuana business. Is there ANYTHING happening? Is here even a marijuana deal? Who knows?
Tv commercials have aired. But the company can’t show them to you. “Many of us have seen them” yet not a soul has seen one and tv’s were being dvr’d 24/7 in at least three States. No commercials. Were there commercials? Who knows?
Mailers went out. But we can’t show them to you. Did anyone get a mailer? Who knows?
Record profits. We can’t afford an audit to prove them. Do we have profit? Who knows?
Record sales. No dealerships are selling the product. Have we sold more than a dozen? Who knows?
Record revenue. We still have to utilize toxic funding to survive. Is the revenue real? Who knows?
Big meetings with insurance companies, car manufacturers, governments. Not a further word about them. Did they happen? Who knows?
Third Party testing of the device. That has all but been forgotten. Did it happen? Who knows?
The CEO told us to buy a new house. Since that statement, the stock has dropped almost to zero.
See the pattern??? WHO KNOWS!!!!!!! This list could go on for another 50 items. Do you get the idea? Isn’t it pretty damn silly for someone to even have to ask the question - WHAT does this business do? Investors want hard, reliable, verifiable information before they sink money into a company. They don’t want a “go by a house and just trust me” along with a litany of confused, ambiguous, non-sensical bullshit followed by obstinant silence.
I assure you, the VERY LAST damn thing you want investors to do is focus on “the company” for God’s sake.
Let’s be honest and say “Focus on Steve’s BS and nothing else whatsoever because he desperately wants to steal your money and he’s running out of options.”
Every new day brings you one step closer to jail, Steve.
