Just one obvious thing to your list. The gift card exchange. It should not be difficult to get this up and running. Sounds like a good idea. Every store I go into has gift cards for sale. Beta test June I believe. Now it is almost October. Guess what Christmas is right around the corner. For 20,000 a month and over 60,000 general and administration expenses (nebulous at best), do something.
