If you add the two you get 350 mil shares which is equal to the amount of shares issued to pay overdue notes if issued in Q4.
With such information, I can clearly see with very high confidence that the problem here is shareholder selling.
In Q4, we have over 700 mil shares traded well above any potential dilution. Until manipulators stop playing games here, we won’t see a reversal.
