For Pete's sake, nobody invested in DECN for altruistic reasons. Every shareholder/investor bought stock with the hope of making money. You are the king of floating propaganda regarding the Company but whenever a poster replies with a valid concern or question all we get are imbecile answers or you ignore the query and pivot to attach shareholders. Nobody on this Board wants to the CEO or run the Company, and if you are employed by the Company you are doing a terrible job defending it. Common sense man, if the Company had a product and IP that was 25% as valuable as you stated money would be rolling in. Perhaps even non-dilutive funding.
I don't need you to value my opinion. I could care less about you. The only tidbit of knowledge that you have provided to me is the date of the hearing, which I could have gotten online. This is dead money until the lawsuit is decided. If the appeal is successfully overturned all that means is a remand to the District Court. At that point discovery begins and we could see a trial dragged out for 3-5 years. But a appellate Court reversing the District Courts decision wiul be great for a short term bump in price.
Time for dinner so hopefully when yuou post again it will be nmeaningful.
