compared with the extremely marginal take-off performance of an Omega B707 making every take-off an "are we going to run out of runway" situation:

Operationally, this means that the $TMPS Tristars can take-off at more airfields, at higher All Up Weights, taking full advantage of their much higher (double) fuel off-load capacity, all with more safely too.
