imo mgmt grasped *impact* of NRs' *efforts* in 2015
and responded aggressively .. and i suspect that this
proxy is being done by IPI for a very specific reason
.. personally i love mgmt's timing .. based on NRs' bogus
volume injection and PPS *brutalization* of IPIX in the last
4 months of 2018 .. curious to see today's *volume* avgs ..
