Having the capability to issue stock does not mean

Having the capability to issue stock does not mean that it's going to all be issued -- or any of it, for that matter. What it does is give management the capability of taking over another company, or entering into a joint venture, or any number of other business deals that will be good for the company and thus the shareholders.

All the hysteria about dilution is merely a tactic by the shorts. The largest shareholder, Mr. Ehrlich, is not about to do something that is going to hurt shareholders.
