so in a nutshell .. IPIX has been held in a very tight PPS range for over 8 months
from the Fall of 2018 and into 2019
since 7.22.19 .. NR has been walking IPIX down (on mostly low volume tho'
the 2.3M~ volume of 7.22.19 was last seen in NRs' set up earlier in May)

NR needs actual investor shares .. they have since they first *flooded* volume
into IPIX last September ..
as some recognize .. it's far cheaper for NR to kill off an OTC target .. than it is to cover
that works by taking a stock up .. or relentlessly compressing PPS *down*
if NR had succeeded re: *hand off* of 2014/2015 .. NR would be doing *Millions*
in volume daily on IPIX in 2019
they didn't and they can't
and since NR almost *lost* IPIX a few x over in early May .. and can flood SMBs
with *new* old aliases .. to promulgate FUD .. NRs' options remain limited ..
stall IPIX's PPS .. push that 52 week low reset ever closer .. or attempt another *controlled* take up
here's the IPIX Historical for the last month .. and i doubt it comes as any surprise
to *most* that IPIX's *ask* was *UC* EOD today to 12c .. NRs' playbook is usually totally predictable
